He did say the words "I don't know" several times. The judge reminded everybody of it, too.

Because they brought in the guy who just uses it. It's like bringing in an office worker who types on Word and asking them how the code in the software works so that the letters type on the document. Guy might use the software, but he's going to know jack shit about the details of why the code in the software does what it does.

And the reality is, it does alter the picture, and as usual, prosecution is fighting against the evidence.
 
He's allowing it, but given the difficulty that the judge had to see it... so long as agent 47 is the one to cross, it'll be fine given its so god damned small.

I think the idea is that Kyle pointed his gun at Ziminski, that caused Ziminski to confront Kyle and then everything pans out the way the defense is saying. So the instigator would be Kyle who aimed his rifle at Ziminski and not Ziminski and Pedobaum, who ambushed him.

Now Binger and Baldy start with some bullshit about High School enrollment, the hell is this crap?
