The expert use of force witness John Black was supposed to testify today but got pushed to tomorrow because of Binger's extended and excruciating pilpul. Probably better that the jury will be hearing him (as if they should need more proof at this point) at the start of a fresh day instead of immediately after Binger's drawn out bullshit.

Okay, could you guys stop circle-jerking about how much you know about bullets after a cursory skim of Wikipedia?
Did you know KF had so many physicists and ballistics experts? I didn't.
Or maybe some of us have actually become well-informed about such things over many years because it's a topic of interest.

Some people like guns, bro. It's a pretty popular hobby.
For mostly well-adjusted people, sure. For us aspie faggots that frequent this site, there's not a big enough rainbow in all the galaxy.

Satan wills it.

People shocked at the "but you had a bigger gun" argument clearly haven't been paying attention to the lefty narrative around any of the high profile police shootings.

Literally every one of those cases comes down to a belief that the groids deserved a "fair fight" and that the cops shouldn't have resorted to a firearm unless the perp had pulled their own firearm, no matter how violent they were or whatever else they were armed with.

Look up some of the hot takes from when that girl got shot while trying to stab another girl shortly after the Chauvin verdict. "BUT SHE JUST HAD A KNIFE !!!!!" sounds exceptional to anyone with two brain cells to rub together but a lot of people are that dumb. Hopefully there aren't any on this jury.
I'm not american and we don't have the same level of gun culture. But if some crazy bitch is attacking people with a knife. Literally maiming and possibly killing someone. Then going after an armed Officer who already told you ro surrender. A bullet to the head would be the most efficent way to deal with a threat to public safety. Hmm lay down and let the bitch stab you and others. Or stop the threat right there. Really hard decision. Leftists have never had to be on the opposing side of having their life threatened. No matter how much they LARP.

Binger was essentially arguing that Kyle could not know whether the angry mob would just rough him up a little or kill him and argued that Kyle just has to take that fucking risk, not fight back and find out the hard way.
Because the existence of video makes this such a clear-cut case that he is forced to nitpick to the point of lunacy in the hope that this will sway the jury.

Every legal system in the world allows for self-defence with lethal consequences if you yourself are in acute reasonable fear for your life. Proportionality doesn't come into play when it's a split-second decision brought about by extreme and understandable distress.

It doesn't matter if it's a boot/skateboard/pistol, if it's being used to relentlessly beat your face as you're struggling on the ground, you're well within your rights to defend yourself by any means necessary.

Well I missed just about everything from today, at least I'll have plenty to listen to before the court starts tomorrow.

I caught bits but how fucked is Kyle now? I was pretty confident in him walking yesterday.
I think he's fine. Earlier I was worried about his statement towards "Yellow Pants Man" where he replied "I did" when Yellow Pants Man said Kyle pointed a rifle at him. When Binger questioned him about it, he clarified saying that it was sarcasm and said "Yeah, I did" with a sarcastic undertone to help explain it. Kyle's explanation lessened my worry about that. Binger was his own worst enemy though for later appearing to bully Kyle when he kept grilling almost to the point of making him cry again. And it reminded me of what the supposedly autistic photographer said how Binger treated him. I guess Binger was hoping Kyle would sperg out and say something like Samuel L. Jackson.

I have done the calculations on the highlighted comments and the number that contain anything of value is: 1. Recurring of course.

Praise to the kiwi that did a day by day index 400 pages ago.
