Finally caught up. Glad to see you guys mainly stayed on-topic when court was in session. I think putting Kyle on the stand was a mistake. I don’t see how Kyle will get fully acquitted at this point. However, him being found guilty is just as unlikely if not more so. I think a hung jury is likely if a mistrial does not occur. If the jury is hung the judge will likely issue a JNOV acquitting Kyle.

I applaud Kyle keeping calm given Binger's line of questioning. Such as when he mentioned how Kyle did not apply first aid the third guy he shot and went back to putting out fires. Kyle did not respond with snark, "I'm sure the mob would allow me to treat the gunshot wound of the man I just shot!"

Also I can't believe the prosecutor argued that someone being shot is more important than dealing with fires. I guess if one person is trapped in a burning building and another was shot but it is not life-threatening, don't bother saving the one who is likely to die in a fiery blaze.

It's hard to remember (at least for me) that Kyle's also just 18. To keep that composure is impressive as hell; I sure as hell wouldn't. I just wish he'd of said something along the lines of, "I don't remember because it was chaotic." "I might have said that at the time, because I'd just shot someone." "When I shot him in the chest, I thought it'd make him stop coming at me." (Fuckfinger seemed to have gotten to him a bit with that line of questioning).

I'm wondering if Hard-R is banking on a mistrial, and that's why he just made angry faces but let the travesty go on.

And I really wish Kyle had said, when fuckfinger asked, "Well, couldn't you be considered a threat to Gruntgash?" "Maybe if I were running at him the way he was coming at me."

Or pointed out at some point that it's really easy to analyze this when you're watching videos in a quiet courtroom and not when surrounded by a mob with gun shots going off near you and people throwing fucking concrete blocks at your head. That sort of thing tends to impair most people's thinking and decision making, very slightly.

Even though Kyle's still more of a chad than every soyfag at the prosecution table, he's also still a child barely old enough to shave, and every one of those twatter fuckers and friends sympathizing with the peds and wife beaters over him need to just be .... peacefully beaten with one leg harmlessly in minecraft.

Is this something that's actually allowed In Amerifat courts? Can you just badger someone for six hours until they get confused, inevitably make a mistake, and then point to that as evidence of their guilt? How is this even remotely fair?
Well you can't extract confessions with the wrack anymore, so this is the next best thing.

I think mistrial motion will be filed tonight.

I just have a feeling there was some intention in the back and forth that happened just before adjourning.

I might be wrong but my spidey sense was tingling.

Yes,(to a point) but the jury is watching the whole damn thing and hopefully isn't actually retarded.

I don’t believe for a moment those tears were fake. Kyle would not have killed the pedo if he didn’t fear for his life. Every night before he sleeps, if he can even manage to sleep, he probably thinks back to those same exact moments and wishes the outcome were different.

Kyle Rittenhouse is not a murderer. He did murder, yes, but he is not a killer. He is a kid who was lawfully defending himself against those threatening physical harm to him.

No, no. Kyle killed, but he did not Murder. Murder is an intentional and unjustified slaying.

im hoping the judge makes the call now.
or someone else in the courthouse calls the bar or whoever is in charge
can normal citizens report him to the bar
Ethan Ralph seems to think he can.
Ethan Ralph is a rətard.

You generally have to have some relationship with the lawyer in question to file a bar complaint. Obviously the rules vary somewhat, but Ralph has no grounds to file a complaint, because he's not in any way connected to the case, and also because he's a fat rətard.

Just to kindly remind the thread, it's a super minor thing but people keep doing it, Kyle is 18 now, please stop saying he is 17 years old.
I get it but it's the "he killed 3 people" again. Be precise. He was 17 when he eliminated a pedophile and a human trying to cave his skull in with a skateboard. That was long enough ago that he is not 17 any longer.

More on topic I think Binger was sent into this instructed to give the Reddit/Twitter crowd what they wanted. Hence they get to bohoo that the dead cannot be called victims even though that 's the norm, that the judge yelled at the prosecution for doing shady stuff they deserve being yelled at for and so on.

Tumblrs gonna Tumble.

Pretty sure he already condemned him long before the trial and even evidence was showing up. Guy has an active President trying to hang him, his life is going to be in shambles even if he isn't found guilty.
If I recall correctly, one of Biden's campaign commercials listed Kyle/Kenosha as an example of the "White Supremacist extremist violence" that was happening. I think Kyle's lawyers or some other group threatened to sue for libel if they didn't withdraw that ad, but I don't recall what if anything followed.

Well I missed just about everything from today, at least I'll have plenty to listen to before the court starts tomorrow.

I caught bits but how fucked is Kyle now? I was pretty confident in him walking yesterday.

I wanna see Kyle vs Biden's Puppeteers and ass wipers.

Let's go.
