Is this something that's actually allowed In Amerifat courts? Can you just badger someone for six hours until they get confused, inevitably make a mistake, and then point to that as evidence of their guilt? How is this even remotely fair?

The judge is an idealistic cuck in a kind of way and should have ended this farce two days ago when Gaige admitted to wanting to shoot Kyle.

On another note, the biggest moral of this story is that, make sure before going to a county that is being attacked by niggers and commies, what is the politics of the area. If the prosecutor is not a Republican, don't bother. Let the whole area burn for being filled with cowards.

LittleBinger is profoundly unlikeable, which seems a terrible trait for a trial lawyer. Being likable is probably the single most important trait for a trial lawyer and this guy straight up doesn’t have it. He has this vaguely effeminate smarmy aura that makes everything he says sound prissy.

I have never seen a likeable prosecutor. I truly haven't. Again, most of these guys almost never go to trial against any opposition, and they make their living being bullies and blackmailers.
