Is this something that's actually allowed In Amerifat courts? Can you just badger someone for six hours until they get confused, inevitably make a mistake, and then point to that as evidence of their guilt? How is this even remotely fair?
You can, but it is a damn good way to alienate the fuck out of a jury.

Most lawyers don't want to commit career suicide by harassing a teenager with PTSD til they're crying.

However, Binger is undeniably an evil man who dosent care as long as he's signaling the right people

He did not murder any blacks and got off. He murdered Jews and is going to get off. Interesting how you think people will be more sympathetic to the imagery evoked by murdering blacks than the actual facts of the case.

And yes, the judge is intervening. Maybe the prosecutor shouldn't have made an enemy of the judge by blatantly ignoring his rejection of evidence and bringing it to the court anyway.

"wHy dId u ShOoT hIm"

I know this is a prosecutor's job, but god damn this shit is annoying and stupid. Of course the antifags are going to be mad that their Right-Side-of-History-Ass got gassed.

This actually COULD be a sign (maybe) that the judge is thinking about granting that motion we were talking about. Just let the bad guys go and on so they can't complain they got cut-off right before they got to the good part......
