Nothing about this monster says "chick" besides the breasts, and even then it's unappealing and totally outta place because the shoulders and the face couldn't be more masculine.

I see what you mean, but I'm still having trouble seeing them as women. Even with the lack of a brow ridge, no matter how I look at them, my brain just says "male", must be why the AGPs hate FTMs.

Been thinking, with FTMs they can look trans if you know what you're looking for, but they still look male because of the hormones they're on, while with MTFs they almost always look like men, or trans*women at best, never regularly female. I wonder if this causes MTFs to be such narcissistic spergs?

I think it simply boils down to it being easier to add on instead of shaving off. It’s impossible to get a hulking 6 foot, broad shouldered, wide jawed man to look remotely feminine. Not so much the other way around, you can always bulk up and grow facial hair to cover soft features. Women also have the advantage of somewhat passing as teen boys, 99% of TIFs end up looking like prepubescent middle schoolers.

The reason for the smirk is probably that men have on average bigger teeth and larger mouth and teeth corridor than women, and also bigger facial muscles. So when they smile wide the contracted facial muscles appear larger, and it reveals the teeth, making them look more like men.
Sex differences are hidden everywhere, in tiny details, it's actually fascinating. I would never have wondered if a smile is a gendered trait, it's only because of transgender individuals that i asked an artist friend about it.
