In his novel, Chinese Money, American Power and the End of History, Salvatore Babones uses the term "American Tianxia" to describe the behemoth cultural might of the American juggernaut in its extensive control over global media, narratives, paradigms, and migration patterns. His proposal paints America as an insurmountable black hole around which, every country orbits and talent and wealth is continually and endlessly sucked away.

However, for well over four decades, the common American people have only tangentially benefitted from this arrangement, and within the past two decades, the average American has suffered. Especially so, with the rise of H1B temporary labor and the sheer amount of foreigners in low, mid, and high-level jobs, perpetually edging out local labor. White American make up a mere 63% of the tech industry[1] and a mere 67% of all engineers[2]; this is only accounting for "whites" as a whole, a good chunk of them are likely Eastern European, Iranian, or "White" Latino immigrants with next to no generational connection to the native soil.

Who then, benefits from "American Tianxia"? Those at the top, specifically those who run American industry and media. Draining the rest of the world of their brightest minds and hardest workers in order to create a multicultural ruling class of rootless, spineless immigrants, while the local population struggles to bring home enough money to support a family benefits only those who have no land to call home; those who value money over blood.

Indians, for example, are notorious for their caste-based nepotism and ethnic favoritism in general. The longer "American Tianxia" remains true, the browner America's ruling class will become.

It is inaccurate to call the current global order "Zionist Tianxia", but there is definitely a very Jewish scent to this whole state of affairs.

What good does it do to talk about "American Tianxia" in English? Maybe the concept makes sense, but the number of non-Chinese speakers who would understand the original Chinese meaning well enough to gain anything from the metaphor is for practical purposes zero. As a westerner one might as well make up a new term and use that rather than confusing things by making references to things that neither oneself nor ones audience will understand well. It's just smug academic wankery.

I don't think "tianxia" is the best term here. Yes, there are similarities, like how the US requires each world ruler be "democratically elected" (read: let the State Department and CIA-funded NGOs choose), gives them recognition by the State Department, and in return demands that their NGOs and corporations operate freely. Failure to do so invites sanctions (Venezuela), US-funded proxy wars (Syria), coups (the Ukraine), etc.

But the original tianxia benefitted China. It kept relations with countries like Korea and Vietnam (who very much believed in the concept) generally peaceful, it helped get them a fuckton of good trade deals and sometimes literally free shit (i.e. some Indian/Southeast Asian king would hand the Emperor a free elephant and stack of nice-smelling wood in return for a piece of paper saying he was king). Even the most diverse Chinese dynasty, the Mongol Yuan dynasty who had a bunch of foreigners with high offices, didn't have the problems OP identifies, since they ran their empire as a true meritocracy (albeit with a defined racial hierarchy with the Mongols themselves on top) and after a few generations demanded their officials assimilate to Chinese culture.

"American tianxia" is closer to the situation geopolitically during the decades after WWII. Americans benefitted from the hegemony over Latin America and Western Europe and our Asian outposts like Australia and Japan. Although Jews were disproportionately represented back then, the entire system was still mostly ran by Americans and Americans prospered since we had the highest standard of living in human history. Then we let the military-industrial complex and deep state take over, just like Eisenhower warned about.

It's pretty clear that the United States doesn't have this so much as the United States is itself a colony of a non-state entity. It's not Zionists per se either, since they've mobilized against Zionist god Netanyahu when he bombs too many hospitals or tried to make Israeli judges like they are in the US. What you have here is a globalist superstructure that transcends national boundaries which has made many nations into colonies. Said globalist superstructure is mostly headquartered in New York City and Washington DC.

So instead of tianxia, the classic models of colonialism apply. We have a core (globalist superstructure i.e your WEFs, Bilderbergs, etc.), a colonial periphery (the US, Western Europe, Japan, etc.), and a hinterland (Middle East, Africa, etc.). The colonial periphery is tasked with gathering resources from the hinterland to feed the core. Like in any colony of the good ol' days of imperialism, such a colonial scheme involves moving around millions of people and rearranging ethnic and national boundaries all for the benefit of those in the core. It isn't surprising that such a system evolved from the British Empire's finance system, which was directly involved in British imperialism. It's the same tactics, except now they've realized they can apply the system of colonial exploitation to the host nation as well.
