YT 4/16 - Chris does dumbbell curls

Although 'half-assed self-improvement Chris' is endearing, he's going to tear open his grundle again or get a hernia with that form.

Can't help but think Chris has been inspired by the troon lifters that have been making news. At least his elbows are still intact...
 
So, um, why is he doing this? Presumably this is the ONLY workout he's doing (because otherwise, he'd be bragging to us about the other stuff he's doing)

Does he think this will help him lose weight? Because while weight training contributes to weight loss, it doesn't do it by much. More important would be cardio. EVEN more important is a better diet.

Honestly, I can't imagine why he would be doing this other than he thinks it will help him lose weight, because why would he want to build muscles? That affects the whole "feminine image"
 
@Jack Z you should order Chris a full 300 lbs Weight Set from Dicks Sporting Goods. Get him in shape before you film a parody of the "surprise" scene from that South Park episode about Bi-curious Camp.
 
He is cheating. Both in rep count and form. He is doing limited ROM ("partials") while using his hips and shoulders to do bicep curls. That extra momentum is what is allows him to do whatever it is he is doing. He moves his upper body all around and still can't complete the curl

These "cheat" reps are common in body builders who are more concerned with jackedness than performance. This is a good path to go down if he wants to be that muscley stud woman that all the lezzies love.
I hear tard strength is a thing..
If tard strength was real, they would not need to compete in their own version of the olympics....
