It is a scam. Not too uncommon from other ones like "financial advisors" as seen in this video from the channel Atomic Shrimp

The bots create a reply chain that seems like a genuine discussion on videos with topics related to XYZ. A person looking through the comment section might find this, read it, and then search for the username posted on Instagram or other social media.

From there they will initiate a conversation either through Instagram's private message function or a third party application like Telegram or Facebook Messenger. The scammer will then send a canned message. When they try to "order" they are either sent a link to a website which will involve them sending money to a PayPal or CashApp account. Sometimes they will also try to get the victim to send cryptocurrency, but the more recent scams focus on payment apps like CashApp / Venmo. The amount is usually $125 USD to $250 USD. If the victim sends the money the scammer will either send some type of fake "order update" or simply stop responding.

This shit has been going on for YEARS and YouTube and other social media sites do absolutely nothing to stop it.

I'll never get over people that are genuinely angry for how Meg gets treated in the show. Family Guy is one of the most "nothing matters" shows and no one seems to grasp that or the fact it essentially has zero continuity. Makes me wonder if Meg getting abused less in recent seasons is a result of this odd backlash.
