They're never going to have a good quality of life anyway. It's a mercy killing at best. Nazi's had good ideas. Poor execution, but good ideas.

She's obviously a doting mother who doesn't have the sternness to discipline him. Considering how cripplingly autistic he is, at this point she's probably become apathetic to most things up until he's shitting himself.

It's sad really. As a mother I'm sure she loves her son unconditionally despite the fact he's a barely functioning human.
