I don't watch a single one of those people and I watch tons of YouTube.

All I know is that Ariana Grande and Daddy Yankee are popular musicians in Latin America, Blackpink is a K-pop act, and MrBeast is a young millionaire who does videos where he donates like $50k to random thots while they're streaming to get their reactions, and streams himself saying a meme line over and over for like 8 hours straight.

I've imagined the point where a big Youtuber becomes a proper celebrity is where they'd still be famous if YouTube shut down tomorrow. Going by that concept, I wouldn't be surprised if every single one of those people could be considered celebrities.

For fuck's sake, Daddy Yankee needs a separate Wikipedia article on the billions of awards he's won:

Also I love that super passive aggressive message at the beginning. "In 2018, we made something you didn't like. So in 2019, let's see what you DID like. Because you're better at this than we are."

And yet, they still don't get what the people like, just what their people like. And it seems like they love them their Korean cooking and flash in the pan pop stars.

And given how this rewind has over 4 million dislikes, the general populace doesn't seem to agree.

To add insult to injury, it turns out the had inaccurate statistics in their own fucking rewind.

PewDiePie's Congratulations has around 7.9 Million Likes (Give or take a couple hundred million due to when they collected the data), which is enough to place it as #8 on the most liked music videos of this year (Between Con Calma by Daddy Yankee and Earth by Lil Dicky). Yet it is suspiciously missing from the list. I wonder why.

I was going to give the video a pity like, just because YouTube has seemed wise enough to bend the knee, but then it reached the 'Best Beauty videos!' part.

The #1 only has 1,6 million views, what the actual fuck? You could've had something that is actually popular and a relevant category, like 'best animated' or 'how-to' channel', but nooo. Clearly the drag queens and instythots are STILL more important, even if the video itself tacitly acknowledges how pitifully low their viewership is.

When you say "care" you mean us? Or "normies" ? If its the former, we dont care, we just want Youtube to get reminded everyone sane despises them and at the moment Bitchute and other options reach their full potential, their days are counted. I wont get into details as why we hate them since that list would take up entire pages. If its the latter, I think its because people still did not catch on that Youtube is an evil company that belongs to an evil megacompany that does not give a single shit to you or unbiased content makers or free speech in general. Youtube doesnt give a shit but at Rewind, they pretend they do just for a short moment before returning to demonitizing, removing/altering content and bullying the little guy.

Wow, this looks like some school assignment that was made in the hour before delivery but worse. It looks so shitty, rushed and boring. I felt a lot of things during past rewinds, most of it cringe, but you felt something. With this, I didn't experience shit, I was looking at my monitor watching some bootleg Watchmojo top's list.
I hope that Youtube stop doing these cringefests in the 20s, nobody likes it, it sucks camel dongs, and each year are worse.
Maybe I'm a bit optimistic, but Youtube won't survive the next decade. Perharps some big streaming site will take off and dethrone Youtube. I know that hosting a site like this is expensive, but who knows what the next decade will bring.
