Apparently he's started some sort of church based on the reveration of gaming. Maybe its a joke, but idk.
I think he's going down a route of thought similar to something I think of alot. Quantum immortality and the idea that reality is a game/simulation.
Personally, I havent built up enough upon the idea to call it a church or to want to pull others toward my way of thinking, so I dont know why TMH felt the need to close his channel down.
Maybe his health condition is frightening in the context of believing in QI.
From my thoughts on it, having a potentially fatal condition while believing one to be quantumly immortal means either youre wrong, and youre about to die, or things might be getting very weird soon as you fall down deep into the tiniest crevices of probability, your body failing more and more but miraculously surviving even so.

This is eerilly similar to whats going on with Whatifalthist.
Apparently therere reports that TMH had even mentioned talking to God on his discord.
Cant confirm though.

I was always fond of Sam O'Nella. He seemed like a pretty intelligent dude and always has some clever jokes mixed in with well researched explanations on a variety of topics. Especially as time went on and he got older and more educated, his content really started to excel and his jokes became a lot sharper than his early stuff. One of the few channels I've squeezed most of the entertainment out of by watching the videos so many times. He actually did the smart thing and used his YouTube money to go to college and get a degree for employment outside of YouTube. If I remember correctly, it was for Chemical Engineering or some shit. Now whenever he makes a video it's a rare treat and you can tell he only makes videos for things that he's personally interested in. I think it's telling that a large amount of similar channels that crop up nowadays are just aping the "MS paint man explains" formula that he established.
I wouldn't be surprised if he had an account on here. He had a gamer word in one of his videos that he had to remove.

I don't normally enjoy the "watch people make stuff" genre, especially because most of it is tacky third world poop, but this guy makes really chill detailed videos about hand-making fancy leatherbound books that are quite entertaining.
