This is a really easy physique to get, but since I'm cursed with having visceral fat. I basically looked like a starving African child with those big bulging stomaches before I snapped out of my anoretic phase. No point in being anoretic if it makes me look fat anyway.
So my only option is to go full bear mode, to even out the stomach. As the size of it is not budging.

If gaining fat to turn it into muscle is dirty bulking, how would you describe "clean" bulking? (Not rhetorical; I actually want to know.)

Clean bulking or lean bulking is when you add a small amount of extra calories to your diet to aid in muscle growth. You'll gain fat, but it will be a manageable amount. Dirty bulking is when you eat everything in sight believing if you eat twice as much, you'll get twice the gains. And you will, but the gains will be mostly fat. You will look like shit when you are done and will either go through a very long cut to go back to looking like a human being, or will cope by calling yourself a power lifter and mocking bodybuilders for caring about aesthetics.
 
I am smaller so Id like to be a sleeker model.. like 5'9'' 155 pounds 9 percent body fat. just add 25 or so pounds to my frame, 10 muscle 15 fat

For some reason my idealized body has always been a svelte, lanky guy, not muscled up. But I'm stocky (tall, not especially tall, and broad shouldered) so all I can do is be the best mesomorph I can be.
 
I want to be able to do parkour stuff.

Beyond that, it would be cool to build stamina, joint health, and other stuff that will keep me capable and comfortable for a long time. Right now I spend a lot of time feeling slightly sore and tired.
