Getting old and getting jacked are at odds with each other. As you age, your testosterone declines, you lose muscle, and your joints go to shit. Don't expect to age like Stallone without the help of what's in Stallone's medicine cabinet.
Clean bulking or lean bulking is when you add a small amount of extra calories to your diet to aid in muscle growth. You'll gain fat, but it will be a manageable amount. Dirty bulking is when you eat everything in sight believing if you eat twice as much, you'll get twice the gains. And you will, but the gains will be mostly fat. You will look like shit when you are done and will either go through a very long cut to go back to looking like a human being, or will cope by calling yourself a power lifter and mocking bodybuilders for caring about aesthetics.If gaining fat to turn it into muscle is dirty bulking, how would you describe "clean" bulking?
