This raises an interesting question. @Null What should be done about deceased cows from the internationale clique?

There's no reason to distinguish between inactive threads based on category. Move him in.

I am going to repeat the suggestion of adding some tag diversity. Inactive for cows that have merely withdrawn from the public eye and Deceased for those who withdrew a bit too much, plus possibly Jailed? Having only one tag is kinda counterproductive when everyone is just "inactive".
