Then get on another thread bud. Shortcake already took their punishment on here and took it in stride. They’ve also taken criticism about their art and done something to change. As far as I can tell, they’re not on here all the time. I’ve only seen a few posts from them. I love how most of this attack is on shortcake who brought us info about the creepy behavior towards a 10 year old.
The conversation where Logan has tried to apologize was strictly damage control. If he wasn’t still doing the same old shit now as an adult protecting someone who sexually harasses his staff, bringing them back on the team in secret, acting like a child overall- Lolcows don’t change. That’s why he is on this thread. He’s taken no steps to change, he’s only claimed to have changed and whines when he can’t just ignore shit and has to address it-gasp-like an adult.
Now, if you haven’t noticed, this thread also shits on other Yansim products, even ones that originated from this site. So give us a call when you make yours, mmkay? We’ll be sure to add you to the circlejerk of spite.

I’ve got nothing against Cameron really, but the reason he was chased off the thread was because he came on here with nothing of worth to contribute to the conversation past trying to defend himself with no ammo. Meanwhile Shortcake is bringing us all kinds of evidence and contacts. As this lovely lurker @CokeFather stated earlier. Who cares about the cringe shit done in the past on tumblr? What matters is what they’re doing now. Let’s take a look.
Logan: Trying to ignore the world at large, enabling sexual harassment on the team, trying to lie about past identities going so far as to fabricate evidence, having an artist make changes to the fan art to make the character look strangely similar to a character from heartbreak, only bothering to do anything when pressed into a last resort (case in point this half-assed apology), whining anytime someone tries to convince him to come off as a reasonable human being, hides from the farms.
Shortcake: Acknowledges their past Internet trail is cringe, took their property with them when kicked out for having a voice, does research on the mismanagement that’s going on in the LL team, finds and encourages people to share their stories of mistreatment, comes into the farms full well knowing they’ve been mocked, impresses with our High bar of minimum requirements: no autismo sperging, no whining about us shitting on them, brings valuable information to the conversation.
I dunno. I’d much rather have a thread on someone who is refusing to change and acting like an idiot than kick out Shortcake for bringing us info. I’ll kiss Shortcakes ass any day over kissing Logan’s.

Logan and Alex are practically identical at this point, so much so that within the span of a few days, they both have someone jumping into their thread to try and defend them. Though I honestly think the dude in Alex's thread actually did a better/more coherent job. And that's the dude who later got site banned for, among many things, discussing how he's openly autistic.
*Edit* And just to add, one of the big reasons I consider Logan a cow is precisely because he hasn't learned a single thing from Alex. Alex has basically made a roadmap of "what not to do" if you're trying to develop an indie game, but Logan is making the exact same mistakes.
The funny thing with posts like these is, all it does is drag more attention to the cow the poster is trying to defend. I mean, this thread wasn't exactly at the point of dying or anything, but it had started to slow down, especially since Alex's thread is taking off with the release of the demo.
I'm also going to have to press X on you not really caring about Love Letter. Love Letter is such a new and niche "game" that it seems unlikely you just stumbled on it. With YanSim, I could believe it because of how long the game has been in development/there's actually enough of a product for people to have made LP videos on it, but I can't imagine how anyone would just stumble upon Love Letter at this point unless they were actively following YanSim and cared enough about that to follow the production of a new game. Well, unless they were just following the drama, which I'd wager is the case for most of us, but given that you're here to defend Logan, I can't imagine that's your interest.

I think my private messages are open? im not really sure how private messaging works. But going through the questions;
1. Somewhat, I was frustrated initially. I don't so much as mind them developing the game as long as he's compensating for the volunteers. Not going to mention anybody because I respect their privacy, but there were volunteers on the team that needed money and were hoping to at least come out with the potential of opening their own patreons to support themselves while working on the project due to the COVID situation. Some of these volunteers are adults with their own livelihoods who are put out of work. They genuinely do want to work on this project out of their own desire to contribute, but I genuinely worry about one major issue; the fact that there is that issue present and the fact that Apeis is monetizing his YT channel. Last time he mentioned he gained around $1000+ alone from the first few videos. Its fine to monetize but I hope he's actually paying those volunteers and not hoarding the cash to himself.
2. Just to provide context, I'm Asian-American. I never lived in Japan, although I have relatives who live there and I have visited multiple times. However, I think it's really weird. He should never have specified their ages. I don't know why he went with that direction, he should have went with a university if he was going to make them university age and adults, because remedial/cram school or juku is basically just side studies that aren't apart of your main curriculum but afterschool/weekends.
