Not a single thing, it's been years since they released a game that wasn't either polarizing to the fans or downright horrible. As much as I want Obsidian to die I don't think they're going to get shut down. Seeing they made Fallout NV I think they're going to get turned into a Fallout machine and/or a side studio to Bethesda. Yes I know outside of Josh Sawyer the people who worked on NV are all gone now but Microsoft is ran by idiots and this is the exact type of thing I could see them doing.
There's very high odds that changes. Bethesda takes way too long to make a game and Asha Sharma (Blessed be her holy name) said she wants it to be a core of the Xbox brand along side the Elder Scrolls and Halo.
