I don't know how to composite moving cars onto a still image; that sounds like a lot more work than just adding a few filters and plugging in a few numbers/adjusting sliders in Audacity.

I do have access to AfterEffects via Adobe Creative Cloud which I have a subscription for through college but I really only use Photoshop and Acrobat, I've never tried AfterEffects.

EDIT: I could always film a few Tomica Japanese utility vehicles and Hot Wheels JDM cars whizzing by a camera on a blue background and then try dicking around in AfterEffects to add it to that image, though I don't think I'll get time to do anything like that before the weekend.

I'll see what I can do on Wednesday evening. Be aware that I didn't know how to do any of this before this week, I was able to figure it out just by watching a couple of videos and reading tutorials.

Yeah, I realized later on that's probably what you meant. Maybe I'll try ripping audio from this video Wednesday evening.

EDIT (1 am Thursday): Ah, I'll try to do them Thursday evening. I went grocery shopping and then I got caught up watching long Youtube videos tonight.

Honestly doesn't even sounds that close to it being played in another room with rain. Honestly makes me wanna do a better rendition just because it tickles my audio 'tism.
