As you can see, I am already at 3.75 million for the event and have not touched the 40 Shelton Benjamin matches which would add another 1,847,600.

I do not have NWO Hall or the acrobat Macho Man, or that would be another 1,638,680. NWO Macho Man, which we don't believe DSP has, would add another 1,236,000.

Plus, he could have been hoarding some weekly showdown coin bonuses.

Unfortunately, there are lots of ways to do the math on this one to see how DSP is acquiring points without spending much.

But I have an education on the topic and have worked with addicts and it's safe to assume that someone with such a severe addiction to gambling would never be able to remain in the metaphorical crack house for long enough to win 100 wrahstling games and not take a hit.

You ever been around compulsive gamblers? Most chain smoke and drink, gambling is usually far from their only vice. But the sheer sedentary nature of gambling on screens is terrible. Between Phil streaming and gatcha games he probably moves less than a slug.

But even solely degenerate gamblers collect heart attacks like pokemon due the constant stress and limited excercise. Gambling has a cascading effect and the extreme stress caused by compounding financial ruin and debts can be a killer over time, heart attack, strokes and suicides abound.

The trick to point based ladders is that if everyone can get points by playing, just playing wont put you in the top 100.

It requires going above and beyond the casuals, and since we know Champions multiple 100 person+ autism guilds vying for the top spots. That means opening the wallet.

I'm 100% sure he has spent a non insignificant amount of money on the event, especially to get ahead fast before he would have had time to play enough matches.

Oh, my bad, it’s a interchangeable term to me. My non-American spouse had a huge swath of his older family addicted to what they call “pokey machines.“ When I worked at a bar in college they were illegal and called grey machines. Now the casinos near me have banks of slots right next to banks of poker machines. So it’s all just a great mass of screens sucking down money and I generalize them all as poker machines.

When I was around them the poker machines actually required larger bets compared to the slots ($1 to $5 per hand compared to .5 to .25 at the slots) so they seemed even out for the time it took to suck down the same amount money. They always got some small win right as the credits neared zero to reel them back in too.

True, but was around both at one point and only the skin picking had the meth addicts worse off looking than severe gamblers. Neither took care of themselves and ran around like chickens with their heads cut off doing the stupidest shit. Down the road the meth heads probably faired worse Im sure.

I might be biased, but in college I worked for a bar owned by a bookie and the behavior of gamblers astounded me way more than typical drug addicts. Maybe if I could see these same people ten years later the gamblers might have fared better, idk, but at the time they all seemed equally fucked I different ways.
