Expanding on this, Phil admits he was the one that came up with the name change DFTR in this clip. The name change from GunShow to DFTR was around June 12th 2020. After that, there was a period of him hopping through many different guilds before promptly being kicked out. Still looking into this some more. IF he did sell the account I think that it most likely would have been around July 2020. I need to do some more research, but it's getting late. I would like to pin down when exactly he joined Sons of Smackdown. I don't believe he actually sold the account, but if he did it would probably be around the time he joined his current guild.

Phil is also pretty famous for not going through the effort of selling anything, usually citing the same "muh family" excuse. The best example is probably his condo, which he needlessly paid thousands of dollars on every year, but even pre-bankruptcy, both dents/detractors suggested selling all the collectable crap he had laying around, but he'd say he couldn't because people would know it was him and troll him, even if he made a new account name etc.

Just to point something out here. The reason why most games like these prohibit selling or exchanging of accounts is not just because the company want to be fags, but because if they allow accounts or items to have any resale value then it causes huge legal problems for the company and can end up with them being sued by the government if they turn a blind eye to it or allow it.

But I'm only mentioning this fact because it is hugely funny that he plays a game that expressly restricts accounts from being resold to such an extent that it reinforces that no matter how much money he has put into it, it is 100% factually and fully worthless in value.

And the reason why resold accounts go for such a low amount is because of this, you can't extract any real value from an account that has had thousands of dollars spent on it and most importantly you can't sell/trade individual items from accounts.

If you look at the accounts for sale here: https://www.playerup.com/accounts/wwechampionsaccount/ there is no way an account like his wouldn't stick out or raise attention. And despite what people have said here, selling game accounts on ebay is prohibited by their policies and they do actually actively monitor for things like it.

I would like to add for people who are not familiar with selling game accounts, the amount you can expect to get out of them is extremely low. You are not getting anywhere close to a 1:1 return on your time or money.

This is a sold listing for a VIP 13 account with a 9.6m roster score, which is about what DSP's account had one year ago and it went for 500 bucks. The value on these accounts is completely subjective, but at the beginning of 2020 the account was at around VIP 12 with 1.33m roster score, so even if you were to believe he really did sell it he would have gotten jack shit for it. Accounts for games that are 100x more popular than WWEC with similar amounts of money invested into them do not sell for more than one or two thousand bucks.

It's a typical Phil lie. On it's face it may answer the current question, but all it does is open him up to more questions. He either spent thousands of dollars on the DownFromTheRafters account to give it value, or he spent nothing and his account would be worthless, so why go through the effort of selling it at all?

This is why he always admits shit on his stream, rather than when outright asked. He needs to give himself (apparently) years to come up with an unconvincing lie for the pretty easy follow-up questions.

I just watched that part again and he never claims to have that on his other super secret new personal account. He just explains that Vince isn't in the loot pool anymore but if you have him you can still use him.
I think the Vince McMahon being removed from the game would be from January 2024? Not sure, but I don't think this in specific would really pin him down on anything he just lied about.

On another note, absolute bare minimum 100% dead to rights for sure Phil spent $40K on this game between April 2018 to February 2020. Phil spent $20K a year on this when he was begging for taxes, and when he took thousands from his mom after his wedding to pay his taxes, and during the entire insane 2018 'Save the House' begging, and in the months he was setting up filing for bankruptcy, etc.

He had a pattern of spending $20K a year on this game and the bank leaks show him spending $44K during 18 months on mobile games.

He claims to have come up with the DFTR moniker, that name was assigned after the meeting with the creditors (which happened by the end of March, 2020), so it is confirmed.

I went and pulled up the WWEC interview, DSP claims his current account name is used in a lot of other accounts he uses and he doesn't want detractors trying to find him on other services/games, and his reason for not showing Craig was that he's afraid Craig would leak it. These days he still says he can't show his actual account because trolls will use it to hurt him, so that part is at least consistent.

But he was asked earlier to show his name in the game before the name changes, so his reasoning is inconsistent.
