And he's ignoring how the hearing was smoking gun proof of fraud: Anybody who watches Phil's streams should realize they cost much less than $5,000/month, all Rich's tweet proves is that the hearing doesn't tell us which expenses Phil perjured himself over. I, like you, have no knowledge of this game except what field agents report about it, and gacha games in general too as tangent topics of the thread, so I personally enjoy when TJ or whoever gets into tryposting more info about the game's meta/how that bilks Phil harder/things of this nature, so you're not shitting up the thread with legit questions on topic, at least not to me because your answers educate me as well when they're replied here.

Is Scopely intentionally glitching their game and basically save scumming a sweatyman.jpg to their playerbase in what amounts essentially to a nod towards Phil's current terrible retro play throughs of games from the early 90s? I'm more partial to the idea they watch the weekly tips income and decide to drop a Hogan/Austin/Rock sweatyman.jpg into the pull heat instead when support is robust, but it's not impossible too, I guess?

Even bums shooting up heroin get extreme amounts of pleasure no sober person can ever comprehend. Phil spends tens of thousands and gets a mild buzz at most. It's so very fitting Phil's addiction is painfully boring just like him.

This is facts, and it really gets worse when you think he knows this addiction is easily replaceable by a different game that's free or less predatory. He's not a 50 year old Facebook aunt that just found out about Candy Crush. He's played hundreds of games over decades and still falls for the most basic and predatory practices he's been so outspoken about in the past. He's totally aware of it, and the effect it has on his "business" and his fans, but obviously doesn't give a single shit.
