The phenomenon you're describing is
antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE). More specifically, it is vaccine associated disease enhancement (VADE).
(Which I'm explaining because I had to look it up - so I'm assuming others don't know about it either.)
Wikipedia says that this prevented other vaccine candidates (for RSV, Dengue virus and other coronaviruses – including the O.G. SARS virus) from getting to market. It has also been observed in
animal studies for COVID-19, but not in human immunisations (...so far??).
This looks reassuring on the surface..... but it doesn't exactly inspire me with confidence, especially when the same article links to a list of
COVID-19 misinformation, which reads like a NPC bible of
"tRuSt tHe sCiEnCe" talking points.
I was able to do a few more searches once I was armed with the above two terms. So far I haven't found anything conclusive - I'll say that now.
There's
this Nature paper from almost a year ago, the conclusion of which says ADE in COVID-19 vaccinations is unknown, but unlikely.

We also have
this study about whether the risk of ADE was communicated adequately to trial subjects (they say it wasn't) - which mentions in passing the
"strong evidence that ADE is a non-theoretical and compelling risk for COVID-19 vaccines".
Published a month or so after the first. :-/
There may be more. I'm not very good at searching for science stuff.
The first article was tweeted out recently by Robert Malone (the mRNA vaccine developer who has spoken out against their use), who by the way has appeared in an interview in which he claims the (((Israeli database))) shows emerging evidence of this.

(Not sure when the clip is from, but it appears to be the last 2 months.)
Anyway, I'm sorry this post has been such a stream of consciousness. I just haven't drawn any meaningful conclusions about ADE/VADE yet.... not that I don't love and trust my fellow Farmers. But I literally haven't heard anyone else talk about this until now (not even ROTC or No Agenda, and I listen to those a lot).
But I know what my gut says, and it's that the mainstream news is lying to me, again.
Finally, if you'll allow me to be autistic about this for a moment, I just really, really...
really fucking HATE that I feel the need to do my own research about a thing like this. Because
that's what the news should be for. I used to be able to
trust authoritative news sources to get the facts right when it mattered, but in the last few years they have broken my trust so badly that I cannot. I just cannot. But I can't believe the first person who says the exact opposite. So I have to spend time and effort coming to my own conclusions.
Not because I claim to know anything about immunology, but because assholes on the internet keep pointing out the obvious contradictions in official stories, undeclared biases, and even outright lies.
When I'd sooner trust a guy who identifies as a rifle on Kiwi Farms than the vast majority of
professional science communicators, that should say something about the state of the world.
And all that Wikipedia ever seems to want to do is repeat the half-truth assertions of the so-called "experts" and dismiss legitimate concerns as they it were mere
"""misinformation"". Name a mainstream news outlet, and chances are that they're doing it too. This sucks. Clownworld fucking sucks!!
Maybe the authoritative news sources were
never as authoritative as my past self used to think they are, and the scales have only fallen from my eyes in the last year or two as the result of personal circumstances. That's always a possibility. So yeah, SERIOUS QUESTION: was mainstream news always this bad and people like me have only just noticed?
I just really fucking resent that journalists and Wikipedians (AKA volunteer journalists) have been making me feel this paranoid as of late and causing me waste so much valuable time and effort that could have been spent on something – ANYTHING more productive than this. I also can't see there being any way around it, unless I find a way to become as brainwashed and docile as most other people that I know. Maybe that's what I've been missing in life – the ability to trust and be moulded.
Maybe we'd all just be happier if we finally stopped worrying and learned to love the quarterly Fauci-Ouchie!!!
