Basically without the initial IM shot into your body you can’t continually produce spike proteins, you having sex doesn’t cause that. In addition the conditions are super strict for efficacy of the initial “set up” which is why they have to refrigerate the shots so strictly. It being in a human body for weeks/years doesn’t make sense for it the same thing to spread.
i remember that in this thread early on, people brought up the whole "you have to never fuck again if you're anti-vax" and a lot of the married around here suddenly stopped showing up to the threads because of how intense the anti-vax theories were. last i checked we should be up to 10 million dead in 2023 from vax-related illnesses based on the timeline first proposed when the vax was rolling out. I will say their prediction of people starting to realize shit's starting to get fucked up right about year 3 of the vax to have been right on the money.

the way the media has become the answer is no. no journalist can pitch such an article as "update on bitch from a news cycle 3 years ago" and get it approved. especially once with such a controversial story. Human interest updates like that were mainly the thing blogs did, like "remember Donkeylips? here's what he looks like now" but now that there are no blogs those don't exist either. So unless you're willing to dox her and then drive to her house yourself you won't know.
