No, that's what "voiding" is and it's explicitly allowed as long as you don't cover up art while doing it.
However, it is really ridiculously brain dead, the lowest form of engagement you can possibly have on an art site. "Me join trend, me color things, fill space."

The first few minutes of scouting my local area was at first heartwarming. To see people I knew obviously live out there, referencing niche internet culture- only to then realize it's 80% Jerma coded type shit and female-centric anime characters. And deltarune, and whatever else is trending on Twitch. The concept of reaching out to the internet from your tiny town going "hey, there are internet users out here" is nice, but the fact it devolves into brigading and troonydom is sad.
