With the way things are going in the US I'm considering just moving elsewhere. But if I stay here I want to homeschool my children. Yes, so they don't end up indoctrinated into CRT and liberalism. The NYT's 1619 project about how slavery is motivated by white people's innate hatred of black people is planned to be pushed in schools. Scholastic is recommending and selling books about children being trans and non-binary. California wants to teach children about Puerto Rican nationalism.

I want to avoid my kids being permanently indoctrinated into this ideology. Also, I went to public school in a wealthy area and it was still subpar. We couldn't start a foreign language until 8th grade. String classes started once a week in 4th grade and band in 5th. There was a very much "teach to the test" idea. My state tested different subjects per year, so in a year where science was tested it was extensively studied and then every other early year of school science was irrelevant.

I feel like I could give my child more opportunities and a richer education than they could get in a public school.

Rather that then them being forced into tranny shit at age 4 due to some cunt teacher deeming it necessary to "the child's emotional well-being".

Considering it's illegal in my country to tell my child, regardless of their age, that they can't become a tranny I'm more willing to deal with whatever mental issues homeschool causes than whatever they'll get in public schools.

Thanks god I don't have kids and don't have to worry about it.

A legitimate argument for opposing home schooling is kids need the socialization and social groups without any adult interference, of course you could send your kids to playdates when they're young and sign them up for a shit ton of sports/ hobby groups later on.

If you're willing to put the effort in to educate your kids better then your local school system can and socialize them properly, I'd say there is little reason to do public school, it's just a matter of you putting that effort and the time in (assuming you are a capable adult/ parent).

Let's just say I work in the education sector
Each and every day I consider homeschool for my future hypothetical children to avoid them becoming indoctrinated to faggy shit. But then again, would my autistic ass care enough?

While that is reasonable, middle school/high school is where kids get exposed to bullshit like anime and furries. It's better to keep them isolated

Oh yeah, where else are they going to learn about where to score drugs, how to ostracize that bitch Stacy and other integral parts of the human experience?

Makes you wonder how people ever survived before the advent of public school.

Yes, but I'd make sure they joined a few sports and hobby clubs for socialization. Probably a lot of work compared to just seeing them off at 8 AM though. I'd also be concerned that my teaching skills may not be good enough for stuff like calc, physics, and writing. Maybe there's something you can do with community colleges there?

The whole home school thing feels like it would work a whole lot better as a small coop within a community.
