Same as @Ephraim Winslow , I see it as a major red flag but not necessarily insurmountable.
It would be more a question of if we could get on, because becoming trans suggests they're very far left and may be on other topics. Similarly, would I find them attractive post surgery?
Basically the less they had done, the more likely something could be had.

Depends on how I feel about it in the moment. That's the issue with most "would you" questions, it assumes that people know themselves enough to know how they'd act in every situation.

depends on the details of the story. why did she do it, how far did she go (surgery? hormones?), why did she quit, how thoroughly did she quit, what's her worldview and mindset now, etc.
