I listen to some shit when I'm working out. My gym playlist is borderline retarded. What do other people think is good for exercising?

I like running to slow tempo stuff, helps me focus on keeping my heart rate down. The Crypt of the NecroDancer soundtrack is fun. Devo is cool too.

In the gym I frequent, the trainers set the music, and it's usually some generic house music podcasts or bullshit American alternative rock from the mid-2000s (one of the trainer girls is really into this genre apparently). But on the gym, I like to listen to Trap:

Sometimes I throw some Metalcore in the mix.
Idk, my music taste is a mess.
