his is fucking embarassing, but how do I stop smelling like cum?

I'm really starting to notice it now. My sheets, blankets, clothes, body - they always smell like cum. This is probably related to about 4 years of constant fapping and jizzing everywhere without cleaning (Sometimes a fap up to 6 times a day).

I really want to start being clean, and recently I've shoewred and stuff and cut down my fapping to 1-2x a day, but I can STILL fucking smell it on me.

One thing you should note is I have a bit of a smegma problem too, I don't know why but it's really gross and wont go away. I have several fungal infections on my penis (Itchy red dry circle spots)

This is awful. I can't imagine what it's like for anyone else that smells me
