I wouldn't be surprised if it was, the setups I see at most of my local WingStops tend to have a bowl for each wing sauce (this also extends to their "dry" seasonings like lemon pepper and Louisiana Rub since they're tossed in a liquid margarine mix before being seasoned) but they share one-to-two large bowls for seasoning their fries.this is the most likely explanation , they don't seem the most hygenic
