If I'm not mistaken Wings fucked off because his alogs were doxing and fucking with his donators and according to Wings were also going after his family / friends. This led him to make his departure post and here we are. I don't think there's much else to it

You're not misremembering that. It's a story he told all on his own without any given reason or context. I think a part of him gets off on talking about the horrid fucked up shit he does. His gfs ex kid was having trouble going to the bathroom in the toilet. His ex took the child to a Dr. and wings asked the Dr. if an enema would help. The Dr. Strongly recommended against it (in wings own words) and wings decided he knew better than a medical professional and gave his girlfriends kid an enema who was only three and then told everyone on his stream about it. The Dr. told him it wasn't a physical thing it was psychological and that the kid needed to speak with a therapist and by giving the kid an enema it would more than likely make the problem even worse. The piece of shit did it anyway.
It's hard to tell from the context in the way he tells the story but his ex didn't want to give the kid an enema so he did on his own. Makes me wonder did he go behind her back and give it to him on his own without her knowledge or against her wishes? Would explain why she cheated on wings and ended their relationship.
