The hand drawn ones have that typical tell of 'tism where most of them list to one side because she can't actually tell how to line up the bodies against the head she drew. Most of them end up looking like they're tilting or skewed and it's kind of hard to look at.

I literally knew 3 or 4 people like this back then, they'd ship her with Jack Skellington, Johnny the Homicidal Maniac or Foamy the Squirrel. Something about ancient purple-skinned Disney villainesses? (Although it looks like this Zhan-Tiri character is basically a lazy Yzma clone anyway).
