I think Will's point is the other way around, he's saying that the guys who "fall down the right wing rabbit hole" don't care about being ostracized by their family because they have communities of "hundreds or thousands" online. He doesn't even realize that the statement applies to him in parallel. He has zero self awareness.
 
I'm curious how emotionally vulnerable Will is after being so scorned by his own team. I wonder if a sincerely empathic, compassionate chud could make some kind of inroads and get us a Punished Stancil arc.

It bears out just how much impunity he thinks they see themselves with, when in reality, they both have no reason to and would rather not, and will only do so if he commits some kind of crime or physically altercates with them. He imagines them to be this way because he is projecting his own desires onto his "enemy." It's classic leftist doctrine. It's funny to laugh at him when he's powerless, but watch out when he gets even a little bit of power. His impotent rage and fear will finally have a target against which he can act. For this reason, I think Will should run for the Minneapolis City Council. He is the hero they deserve.

Don't want to get too off topic, but my point is that progressives view laws as subjective, not objective. This means that to them, it should be illegal to do things they do not like. So when they do things that conservatives (or normies) don't like, they expect to get in legal trouble, and when they are in power, they want to put people in jail for doing things they don't like.
