There’s a type of dignity and goodness that can be read through the physical traits that most people can innately sense. It’s a rough gut feeling, but with time and experience, you can pick out a crazy asshole from a decent person. Sure, an obese and ugly person is more than likely a disturbed person, but they could overcome that if they are good.
