The one where shit is regulated relatively lightly for the sake of the consumers and the common good all the while producers and sellers are generally free to do business. I think regulations are a necessity since there will always be assholes trying to sell shit that is either made under shady circumstances or otherwise cheapen out on the production side in order to maximize potential profits, but at the same time, regulations shouldn't be so stringent that it actually hurts the average person in production from making a profit.
