No? How else do you think religions like Christianity exist? It all comes from the logic that you can't create something out of nothing so ultimately there needs to be a god that pushed the universe into existing. Eastern philosophy like daoism does state that from nothing everything spring up so they have a different view on what nothingness is, but it's definitely not something that we "know". We don't "know" because that's impossible to know with our limited cognitive abilities.
