Even then, who the fuck would date someone like this

I would.

I dunno this seems too far fetched to be true. Phils retarded. But not this retarded. Also what hooker isn't given money upfront? Far too many plot holes.

Though I wish it were true tbh

I have to admit that an unemployed Norwegian butler flying an escort halfway across the planet just to be with a fat, gouty wreck of a let's player is the type of rare sentence I love typing out.

you ever have the moment when you think everything isn't that weird until you list what actually happened and then you realize life is like a fucked up sitcom.

This has been covered in the escort thread in greater detail, but I'll try to put it in a short and sweet way, from what I understand anyway;
Phil, in the laws eyes, supposedly didn't buy sex, he bought her company/time. I don't know how this holds up in court, but they did sign a contract where phil bought her time aswell as an NDA.
The escort girl refuses to give hard evidence of her story and claims that she is contractually obligated to do so. The escort girl claims she and DSP share a two-way non-disclosure agreement which he would invalidate by not paying. She has said January 12th is the deadline for payment to complete the contract, and after that she is free to post anything she likes.
basically here's how paid whores work "legally"

you pay them for their time and anything "extra" that happens is just between "two consenting adults". a lot of escorts do this and it's their way of bullshitting that everything is totes legal

How the fuck is an NDA about sex acts enforceable? Unless paying for sex is legal where DSP lives, I guess.

People richer than me have offered the escort the entirety of what Phil owes (upfront) for what she has alleged are sexual videos and photos featuring Phil, but she has turned down the offer. The reason given for this is that if she is the one to violate the NDA / contract first, she will be blacklisted from her escorting work, so the onus falls on Phil to violate the deadline.
I've added this part.

Edit: Clarified.
People richer than me have offered the escort the entirety of what Phil owes (upfront) for only the Twitter DM she has teased at which would verify Phil has been in contact with the escort, and probably that he solicited her. The reason given for this is that if she is the one to violate the NDA / contract first, she will be blacklisted from her escorting work, so the onus falls on Phil to violate the deadline.
