Why is some random troon dying of a disease worth a site feature?

Should be fairly obvious I hate troons as much as any sane person would but why is the Dead by Daylight tranny worth featuring just cuz HE died of some random disease? I could understand it getting featured if HE died from joining the 41% or was a notable lolcow or died from complications resulting from HIS transition but some random autoimmune disease? Are we that starved for content?
