Because incels aren't gay, and femcels actually don't want their equivalent tier male. It's as simple as that. Although, gay incels very quickly lose their virginity from what I've observed. This type of question is what I would expect from Yahoo answers not from a somewhat intelligent forum today.

Incels are the kind of men who's true problems tend to lie at their personality. If they're not the type who fell into it because of depression, anxiety, or a temporary state of time, their most repulsive part is usually their personality. Most incels tend to be fine looks wise, it's them being human misery generators or straight up assholes that keep them from getting laid.

When these types are finally desired by a woman, they either reject her or drive her away because they tend to be mad at women for not giving them what they were owed (attention and status and pussy) before. Some actually date the women but become shitty boyfriends as you can guess.

Like others said, dating a 10/10 chad anime girl who never touched a cock and is always devoted to them is their desired status and entitlement in life. Fucking each other can sometimes happen when there's either prison gaydom or bisexuality and they'll groom anyone, but it's not desirable for most. As said, most fall down the troon pipeline and fuck other troon men. There's a lot of messy trans breakups because they're all so rapey and toxic to each other.
