1. Trannies have had their brains wiped by Discord and weed.
2. Lain is a computer programmer(?) and seems to be always depicted with a dead-eyed stare
3. Trannies have autism, jobs in tech sometimes, and think becoming the anime girl will solve all their problems.

Serial Experiments Lain is a cautionary tale about not letting a fake identity consume you. The themes in the show are a direct antithesis to the transgender ideology, and if it's main theme could be summed up it's "you can't change who you are".
