Why does John Wick 3 have a special tranny scene?

Never saw the movies until just now I watched the first four all in a row on a flight.

Why is there beefy tranny lady for no reason in like 2 scenes of the 3rd film? I gave up half way through the 4th movie. If the tranny lady comes back again in the 4th film I didn't see it.

Does Keanu Reeves have like a contract clause where every film he does eventually gets trans fingerprints on it?

Considering how much of Hollywood casting is who you know, it's not surprising that any project he's attached to has tranny infiltration. Either because the trannies hear about it through his past working connections to trannies, or because an already infested project makes its way to his agency through the same grapevine.

Personally, I could not care less, it's fine. As long as they perform well, and gender/race politics are not shoved for no reason in your face (example would be: Netflix adaptation where they make L from Death Note as a black person, for no reason and against the original work).

This is just a character who is portrayed as that, there's no issue with me. I know that I may be in the minority here on Kiwifarms.

He's got big snakebite piercings and he takes one call solely to confirm that he is still a tattoo lady despite towering over all other staffers in those scenes.

I've googled to try and jog people's memories, but Google has purged any mention of it and only refers me to that bald character ya'll are talking about. But that bitch isn't even the one I meant.

I've seen all four, and they really are brainless, redundant sequels. People look at the dark pseudo-goth aesthetic and convince themselves they're not watching brainless action slop.

Really great action scenes, camerawork and stunt scenes, but when you're watching it for hours it all blurs together. Like a dinner that's only dessert.

The broad strokes of The Table and its implied history and inertia is pretty good, but it makes the stupid makework-for-unemployable-actors shit like the secretarial pool being full of edgy-looking alt-girls all the more nonsensical and jarring.
