They prevent my body from jiggling in public, and that is important to me, Also, it’s impossible for even a proficient gypsy child to rob you.

Also, yeah, super cozy like a soft hug.

I don't wear skin tight clothes. But I find that more form fitting clothing feels better and makes me feel more in shape. A baggy t-shirt and sweatpants will just make me feel like I'm wearing some fat chick's castoffs. But if I wear something that conforms more to my shape I feel like I have a nicer shape. Baggy clothes make me feel constantly uncomfortable.

I wear leggings under dresses and skirts. But I don't wear leggings as pants with some short tight top. If you wear that anywhere but the gym you are a fashion retard.

I don't. wtf is comfortable about polyester being sucked up your crevasses?

Women are advertising fertility, and men are advertising resource availability.

The core component of fertility for a woman is her womb, and she let's you know she has one (or at least makes that claim) by showing secondary sex characteristics associated with it: hips, tits, etc.

Since fertility declines with age, she also advertises her youth by showing skin, accentuating eyes using makeup, etc. Hair is a long term indicator of health, so women with long hair are saying “not only am I healthy now, I’ve been healthy for a while”

If famine was a common problem, she’d be a little overweight to prove that she would survive it.

By contrast, a man’s role is protection and provisioning during and after pregnancy. Thus, men advertise that they have resources (bling) or insinuate that they can get them (by being strong or violent or having high social status)

The real answer is because moids like it. The worst part is even as a kid that shit is inescapable unless you can shop in the boys section.

I can't stand tight-fitting, it's just unfortunately a lot of women's clothing is designed as such (especially for long-sleeved shirts like fuck those for making it hard to roll the sleeves up) and it's always been a pain to shop for my size. Maybe I'm just getting fat.

Not a woman, but I’d assume it’s to show off the goods, and make themselves feel good?

I personally prefer loose, flowy layers for comfort and not feeling semi-exposed, but I think some level of form-fitting is probably the most aesthetically attractive in terms of strucrured clothing. But super-tight knits are probably just showing off a nice body, which I can understand. Idk, I think women just like aesthetics, and there are so many clothing types that you end up on tight clothes at least some of the time. Knit clothes are also some of the easiest to buy off the rack, but loose knits tend to look sloppy.

Edit:
they wear this for attention

imagine the smell
That's a level of exhibitionism I'll never understand.

Also a lot of girls get bullied out of wearing more comfortable/loose fitting shit as teens because your get called a dyke if you don't start conforming to all gender stereotypes the second you start puberty.
