That one I can understand because I used to be guilty of it myself. They’re trying to type how they talk, so to speak, so they attempt to translate spoken things like pauses into text.I'm more interested...by the kind of people who type like this...and always like this...what's their deal...? Why would you do this...? It's really weird...
I can understand it if someone uses it in dialogue text in a script or a story, but just like the "all words start with a capital letter" thing I just find it incredibly annoying outside of such context. I found myself loosing interest in what was written more than once when encountering those "styles".That one I can understand because I used to be guilty of it myself. I'd say I mostly see children do it, but it could just be really, really, really stupid people and children.
