Because Asians have traditionally owned and operated stores in the ghetto, and because ghettos are usually a food and services desert full of people that don't have the financial means to regularly travel to outside businesses, so those stores have exorbitant pricing that borders on being predatory.

In black neighborhoods in cities like Philadelphia or Baltimore, every single corner store is owned by Asians (Koreans mostly but some Indians). Every fucking one of them. Blacks hate them out of jealousy but those Asian and Indian owners don't take any shit from them either and the blacks know it.

To simplify this answer a bit what I believe Some JERK is saying is that what the garden variety nigger hates more than anything is others who are more successful than it which is why they hate pretty much everyone as by their very nature they are much too lazy to work as hard as an Asian or Hispanic and therefore are incapable of success.
