Why do neighbors and jews give the best tips?

In my line of wage slave work I've dealt with just about every walk of life whether it be white trash, rich people, glowie get togethers that make you sign NDAs, corporate yuppies, pajeets, all sorts of shit and the one thing that always surprised me is the oy veys and the melanin enriched give me better tips than most others.

I figured the rich people would be the best tippers but they're the second cheapest ones. The first place for cheap is middleaged women for some reason. Old ladies on the other hand are very insistent on taking their money even tho I feel bad knowing they just spent 3k on catering but they are very insistent. So much so I'm afraid they're going to cut my brake lines when I'm not looking if I say no.
