I see some obese people try to eat vegetables and ask "how can anyone eat these?" And I laugh.

They are addicted to the tiny dopamine from sugars, oils, and fats. Most of them also cant determine cost by mass so to them the $3 frozen meal with 8oz of meat seems chraper than the $3 16oz of carrots.

Some of them would actually drop weight If they cut out the one vegetable they do eat: potatoes.

Saw one vegetarian fat bitch in a documentary saying she eats healthy she's genetically predisposed to fatness, while chewing her way through about 2000 calories of seeds a day just as a snack because they're healthy that must mean they have no calories right!?

I'm sort of euro-fat and I eat a lot of vegetables. Key words are "a lot".
You can deep fry basically any of them, so I get it. I love eggplant parmigiana but uh I have made it myself and eggplant absorbs a shitload of oil when you fry it. I know some fat vegans because yeah, Oreos and French fries are vegan, lol.

A great sallad should also have some meat and cheese. And olive oil.

A lot of vegetables don't have a very savory or sweet taste. When they do have that, it's not as satisfying. Vegetables also often have a less comforting texture. Most comfort foods, at least in the West, aren't particularly crunchy or bitter. You could get fat eating a shitload of plain salads, but you probably wouldn't get the same happy chemical rush as you would eating a double cheeseburger or macaroni and cheese.
