Why do aboriginal australians all look the same?

I was reminded of this gem, and I rewatched it taking a close look at their faces, and I knew already that abos all look the same, but it really settled in me just how similar they all look. Their men, women, and even children all look exactly the same, and what seems to be pre pubescent girls have such prominent brow ridges. Why do they all look like this?

They don't look the same to each other though. When you grow up primarily around one or two races then everyone outside of those races will look very similar to you. But that's not the case at all. It's just the way human brains work. Their facial features are just common to their race. They aren't copy/pasted from one individual to another. That's like saying all white people look the same because they have white features.
