Why did the 'TradCath' movement arise? (not Traditional Catholicism)

They don't seem to be Catholic, and they do not seem to care about the theology.
Nick Fuentes seems to be the the figurehead of the whole thing. but he uses the
term "Catboyaholic" and not TradCath.
 
Near as I can tell, it's a twisted version way of rebelling against the popular milieu (moral deviance and general badness) and God (claiming to follow Him while really just pretending) at the same time.

Silly, but hopefully gets 'em closer to grace than communism would anyway.
 
The Trad Cath LARP (and its close cousin, the Eastern Orthodox LARP) are just Jesus-flavored variants of the "return to the mythicized 1950s when feeee-males and neeee-groes knew their place and I would get my rightful dues" fantasy.
