Rape is the same as rough sex, we just consider it bad despite it just being rough sex in addition to calling it something other than what it is which is rough sex. Therefore it's a social construct same as Gender.

Why can Gender not be real but you can get charged with rape which is every bit as real as Gender since it's a social construct?
