I explicitly granted that evil can damage a person's mind, character, relationships, and long-term ability to deal with reality.
True

What I denied is the stronger claim that evil reliably makes the evildoer's life bad in some guaranteed personal sense.
To live a life of evil is to live with a diseased or fractured soul, which is a state of misery regardless of external wealth, Just as a branch severed from a tree might look green for a short while but is fundamentally dead and destined to wither, a person who commits evil severs their connection to God.

"Evil is bad because evil people get what's coming to them in the end."
"That's really simplistic and has no bearing on reality and acting like it's profound is really pretentious."
"You're evil."

You have to be over 18 years of age to use this website.
Oh I see now, it's because of the "Kill yourself.™" thing. That's because for a very brief window in time I began responding to people saying obvious bullshit nonsense in defense of scumbags in these massive paragraphs by saying "kill yourself". That's not me being suicidal, that's me urging bullshitters to become suicidal as a form of black humor. You could even say that I was an avatar of reality, snapping the fabric back into shape with two simple words. As a joke I decided to make it my "brand".

So say that. This "fabric of reality" crap is just a secularized recreation of the idea of cosmic justice and Peterson's full of shit for trying to act like justice is some kind of universal law without actually saying the "G" word. I still would've disagreed, but at least it would have bearing on some internal belief system that I could respect.

The true cost of evil goes deeper than worldly consequences. Doing evil severs the soul, which is far worse than any physical punishment. For those with any spiritual awareness, this is simply common sense.
That's not what Peterson's arguing in that clip of yours.
You really like responding to only one tiny tidbit of what someone else says and ignoring the rest, huh?

You like to waste people time and counterargument when you have no point at all, you now are unable to respond to my point because it will reveal your atheism
"I think your argument is inconsistent and you ignore certain points that you feel you can't argue against. The point you yourself make does not match up with the point Jordan Peterson makes in the posted clip."
"W-well you're an atheist!"

Have you ever used the accounts @Otoya Yamaguchi or @Yamaha YM2612?

Okay Otoya, glad to see you back.
Your ideas have no merit at all and are not true; they stem from the fact that evil is good, which is obviously false. Try to argue with a good point, you negative obnoxious trash.

Also, you are trying to lie about yourself constantly. You are obviously a negative, obnoxious creature with no consciousness, and you come to this thread on purpose to justify being evil. You think that "getting away with it" means it is cool. When faced with soul-corrupting issues that made your points fall apart, you started the personal attacks.

Some would argue that Gary Plauche's actions was Evil
since he took a life.

But I do believe "Evil" can be subjective and open to interpretation on the actions taken.

What Truly is evil in my opinion, is extending human rights to child predators and predators in general
to treat them as people after they commit acts that are monstrous, is the greatest injustice. and a Mockery on terms of "Good" and "Evil"
Murder is evil, but raping a child is beyond evil, and simply demonic.
Given how fucked the justice system is, its very possible Jeffrey Doucet could have charmed his way out of his prison time for good behavior and ended up getting probation. And then the cycle would have begun again.
I truly do believe in committing sin to save children from being broken...because sometimes pure evil has to be met with lesser evil.
Edit: Misspelled.

In my opinion if your vision of an "utopia" is killing and raping millions to billions of people, destroying all traces of the victim(s) until it no longer exists, and giving no reward in return other than killing and raping more people, then no matter how good and just you believe your causes are, then you are objectively evil.

Naturally, these sort of "utopias" tend to include child predators, predators of the absolute worst sort and pardoning these predators and letting then get away with it.

Nobody who is actually evil calls themselves evil, they always hide behind some cause that supposedly makes our lives better.

>Being evil is le bad because there might be consequences
Damn.... I've never thought about it like that way.

Being good is SELFISH! Walking around doing well to other people with SELFISH intentions! Oh, you helped the grandma cross the street? She should've done it herself rather than let you feel good about it!

I don't often encounter the chance to do it, but a grandma had forgotten her last item at the register and the cashier clearly didn't give enough of a shit, but I could tell she wanted to, only to shrug it off. I was in the same situation but went up to the old woman with the item. She was on her phone and slightly smiled it off but I genuinely felt bad to the point that if I hadn't done it, it would've lived in my head. I selfishly saved myself of discomfort by being good.

Likewise it feels like evil people are so inherently misaligned that they don't let such outcomes affect them, and more often, being evil simply leaves you in a better situation at the cost of someone else. Though to go around thinking of good and evil and not selfishness seems like a lost case. You can argue that Hitler did the right thing for his fölk, thus nullifying any inherent use in discussing evil. It's well-intended, sincerely or not.
