Every roundabout is a legal U-Turn, there are less fatalities and serious injury, they're round just like the average American... why don't we replace all intersections with roundabouts?
 
Solución
Putting a circle in a square box results in a circle too small and tight to move the same amount of traffic efficiently as the box.

Installing them in new developments? Not a bad idea. Converting doesn't work at all if the streets weren't designed for them.
