I've had quite a few of those in recent times, and I swear to God it's always the new people who think they got something to prove by throwing around racial slurs and insults out of the blue, and then they act like "OMG this is like being a rabbi in Nazi Germany" when they get told off. I'm done being "tolerant" of human trash in my vicinity.
